    Product description


    Moderate weight trekking, hiking and light backpacking boot. The one piece leather upper and Gore-Tex membrane combine for easy maintenance, waterproofness and moldable fit. BiMicro midsole is comfortable and lightweight but stable.

  • Upper: 2,4mm Nubuk

  • Lining: Waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex Sierra.

  • Sole: Vibram Foura. Provides an aggressive heel for braking, it cleans well and offers a good soft traction surface.

  • FrameFlex light: Garmonts lightest, full length, full width nylon frame. It is tapered for appropriate flex.

  • Nubuck upper with few seams: High water resistance and molds to foot well.

  • Weight according to manufacturer: 790 gr. (1/2 pair size 8 UK)

  • Applications: All weather day hikes, moderate trekking, moderate load multi-day trips and light industrial use.

    Botas muy polivalentes, con buena traccin en terrenos rocosos. Especialmente cmodas y confortables, las mejores que he probado en este apartado. Si hubiese que poner algn "pero", la piel de nubuk delata desde el principio el maltrato de las rozaduras en forma de erosiones, especialmente en la puntera de la bota. Pese a ello, cuidndolas bien, es una bota muy recomendable, pese a su precio elevado para ser de vocacin senderista.

    De momento estoy encantado con ellas.Las he utilizado un par de veces (Pedriza y Pirineos) y son cmodas, ligeras y la suela tiene un excelente agarre.

    Buenos das. Quera saber si esta bota protege del fro lo suficiente como para ascender al Kilimanjaro sin problemas. He visto que hay otros modelos con un grosor de 1,8 mm de piel; es suficiente en esos casos? Gracias.

    Este tipo de bota es perfecto para esta montaa. El da de ascensin a la propia cumbre puede hacer "mucho fri", pero es muy probable que no pises nada de nieve con lo cual con esta bota y un buen calcetn es ms que suficiente. Eso si, es muy importante una buena aclimatacin a la altura. Es tpico en esta montaa por su mnima dificultad y su carcter trekkinero ascender sin aclimatarse adecuadamente y esto hace que nuestro cuerpo no este en las mejores condiciones para afrontar el fri.
