Ski Touring
The Seven Summits 2.0 skis are built for all types of snow, terrain, and abilities. If you appreciate getting your heart pumping and purely enjoy experiencing the vast beauty of the backcountry at its core, then the Dynafit Seven Summits 2.0 Ski is for you.
Rocker in the tip and tail provides optimal float and smooth ride over soft snow, crud, and the variable snow conditions you face when you get off the beaten path. A carbon speed stringer offers torsional rigidity for vibration dampening and smooth, fluid turning and edge−hold at speed, all while keeping things light. Dynafit's Flex Tip utilizes 3D carbon construction to reduce weight and bulk while also absorbing impact and vibration. A micro sidewall uses horizontal layers to resist abrasion with less materials than a traditional sidewall, and Triple Radius Geometry provides plenty of edge grip on steep and icy terrain.
FEATURES:
Through its 3D carbon construction, the flex tip is very lightweight and offers great resilience and excellent vibration−damping capability
Like a mountain bike's suspension fork, the flex tip smoothly absorbs any impact and the carbon inlay ensures a firm, swift damping effect
The 3D geometry reduces mass and weight; the slim construction of the shovel ensures you keep ski wander in check on sloping terrain
The evenly increasing radius up to the ski tip allows a smooth and steady flex when impacted from the front
On crusty or corn snow, the Scoop Rocker acts as a bumper for a smooth ride every time
Light sidewalls are laid up in deep horizontal layers, making them 1.5−times stronger and more impact−resistant than conventional sidewalls
Carbon stringer optimizes the ski's vibration damping capability without having to sacrifice any of the ski's forgiving handling
Triple radius design includes a short radius under the foot for excellent edge grip on steep, icy terrain; specially designed for extra−wide skis
Skinny tails reduce float for an energy−saving body position over the ski and sensitive ski control even at high speeds
Tapered ski tails fit easily in your backpack's ski−carry attachment
