Even lighter and more flexible than its predeccesor, the Peregrine 5 incorporates Power Grid technology and enables you to run at a quick clip while maintaining optimal traction and balance underfoot.
Power Grid material is integrated with Grid technology to create a system that effectively centers the foot, absorbs impact and distributes pressure, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and responsive ride. 20% more cushioning than other midsoles.
The XT-900 carbon outsole offers exceptional traction without sacrificing durability. Bi-directional lugs are specific to front and back sole for improved impact absorption and grip. This sole is pretty aggresive to ensure a good grip from the start of the race to the finish.
EBO (External Bedrock Outsole) complements protection. Placed in the middle of the mid-sole, it protects the sole of the foot against impact caused by rough terrain. The heel area uses the PowerGrid system to cushion the impact of foot strike.
A micro-perforated mesh upper wicks moisture away from your skin to the outer surface, where it evaporates instantly. Flex Film thermo-sealed, reinforced seams help to provide stability and support.
A reduced 4mm drop combined with exceptional cushioning work together to ensure a natural and more efficient stride. The Peregrine 4 offers excellent performance for all newcomers to trail running, be if for competition or training.
