Where's My Stuff?

If you still haven't received your goods by the stipulated delivery date (see
Shipping Options and Delivery), our customer service department will help you track your order. Please include "Track order no xxx" as the subject of your Email.


Can I Arrange a Delivery Time?

Barrabes.com is unable to guarantee that your goods are delivered at a specific time. If you think that you or anyone else will be unable to receive the goods, please contact our
Customer Service Department. We will provide you with the delivery number so that you can personally arrange a delivery time with the messenger company.

How Much Is Shipping?

The Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
    Shipping will be calculated according to the weight of the order.
    Shipping is free on orders over 300€ (VAT not included), as long as the order is under 20 kg.

    Note: Orders which include skis. 10€ (incl. VAT) will be added as shipping costs for each pair of ski boards. The price of the skis will not be taken into consideration for calculating free shipping costs.

    Note: Orders to Ceuta and Melilla will not be accepted if they are over 20 kg.

Portugal & Andorra
    Shipping is free on orders over 120€ (TAX included). If your order is under 120 € (TAX included) an extra shipping cost of 9 € (VAT included) will be added.

    Note: Orders which include skis. 10€ (incl. VAT) will be added as shipping costs for each pair of ski boards. The price of the skis will not be taken into consideration for calculating free shipping costs.

    * Portugal-Madeira and Portugal-the Azores do not have the same rates as for the rest of Portugal. Shipping will be calculated according to the weight of the order.

    (2) The exact shipping cost will be calculated according to the total weight of your order. Shipping costs can be consulted in your shopping cart, before confirming your order when you proceed to checkout.
    (3) Orders which include skis will have additional shipping costs for each pair of ski boards. The price of the skis will not be taken into consideration for calculating the shipping costs for the rest of the order.
    (4) Supplementary shipping costs for each pair of ski boards.

    The shipping costs do not include any possible extra payments, which may be added, such as taxes or customs duties and which may be charged Cash On Delivery.

When Will I Receive My Delivery?

Unless there is an error in our system, all products appearing on our web-site are in stock. Therefore in the Iberian Peninsula items will be delivered within 24-48 hours, and in the Balearic Islands within 48-72 hours, as long as the order has been confirmed before 18:00 CET (Orders to Spain) & 16.00 CET (orders to other countries).

Deliveries to other parts of the world:

The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Portugal-Madeira & Portugal-Azores: 8 – 10 working days.

Bear in mind that delivery dates are calculated on working days (Monday to Friday) and goods will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. If the selected form of payment is a bank transfer, the order will not be dispatched until the transaction has been verified by our bank.

Products with extended delivery times

    Products with extended delivery times are those which take 48 hours more than the delivery time indicated in the purchase conditions. These products will be sent separately from products which are in the same order, with normal delivery times.


How Can I Pay?

Barrabes.com offers you the possibility to choose the form of payment which suits you best: via Cash On Delivery, bank transfer, credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD), and you can even pay for your order in monthly installments after a quick and easy acceptance process. PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. How Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has still not left our warehouse, you can cancel it by just sending an Email to our Customer Service Department, indicating clearly the reason for cancelling the order, the order No, and your user's name. Please write, "cancelled order" as the subject of the Email.

Our distance sales department will ensure that your order is cancelled.


How Can I Modify My Order?

If your order has still not left our warehouse, you can modify it by sending an Email to our Customer Service Department, indicating clearly how the product is to be modified, the order No and your user's name. Please write, "Order modification" as the subject of the Email.

Our distance sales department will take care of the modification.


I am unable to select my country for the shipping address. What's going on?

You will need to re-configure the web-site so that it is in the same shipping zone as your shipping country. Simply click on the link at the top of the page called “International Sites”, and choose the language and your shipping country from the drop-down menu, before clicking on Accept.

It is important to configure the web-page correctly when you place an order because not all brands are available for sale in all countries.

Is It Safe To Shop At Barrabes.com?

We guarantee that every transaction carried out at Barrabes.com is 100% safe. Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment. Barrabes.com uses a secure server, which uses a protocol called SSL (Secure Socked Layer) to ensure the secure transfer of information via encryption.

In this way the credit card details are only known and handled by the bank, whereas the order and client details are known and handled only by the trader.

We have also recently added a new security system called SET (secure electronic transaction TM) to the current SSL data encryption system with the aim of increasing customer data security even further on the Internet.

When purchasing on-line at our store, if you decide to use VISA or MASTERCARD, you will have the option to provide a special password apart from the credit card number and expiry date and verification number.

This password is now provided for on-line shopping by many European banks. Ask your bank to provide you with your password for a really secure VISA or MASTERCARD. In this way you will ensure both that no one else will be able to use your credit card for on-line shopping and that only your bank will receive details of your credit card.


How Can I Leave My Opinion about a Product?

There are 2 ways to have your say about a product on the web:
  1. One month after placing an order on our web-site, you will receive an E-mail asking you to give your opinion on the products purchased. You can decide if you want to leave it on just one or several of the products you purchased.
    All opinions will shown below the product description, so that it can be used as a reference by other customers.
  2. You can also directly leave your opinion on the product page. But remember, this is only possible if you have purchased this item from Barrabes.com some time in the past.
In both cases, you will need to choose a NICKNAME which will be shown next to your opinion and will allow you to keep your real identity secret. If you have already chosen a nickname, it will automatically appear when you write your opinion in the corresponding box. If you want, you can modify this nickname on your registration form. If you have not already chosen a nickname, just type it into the corresponding box.Remember, you will also benefit from the opinions left by other customers in the future.


I registered as a new customer some time ago at Barrabes.com and now, when I try to log in I am told that no customer exists with this user name and password.

First check that you have introduced your user name and password correctly. If you are not sure of this information, Click Here and we will send your password to the E-mail address used when registering.

If you are sure you have logged in correctly, it is possible that your account has been eliminated from our data base, if it has remained inactive for a period of time and no items have been purchased. In order to access a service at Barrabes.com requiring previous identification, just Register again as a new customer.
