The Beta SL jacket (our lightest Beta) is at home in the mountains. Highly versatile, it has been carefully designed to offer complete waterproof, windproof and breathable protection, without sacrificing being light and non-bulky. Its innovative GORETEX ePE membrane is lightweight, robust and PFC-free. The technical C-KNIT lining improves comfort and breathability. The helmet-compatible StormHood protects from the field of vision, the underarm zippers ventilate and a RECCO reflector can assist in rescue operations.

This product does not contain intentionally added PFAS.

The new ePE membrane technology is lighter and thinner, but just as strong and durable as the materials we used before. You may notice that in the outer fabric the "moisture build-up" is a little faster in products with ePE membranes, but rest assured that this does not affect the waterproofing of the membrane itself. If you notice that the fabric accumulates moisture faster than you would like, just wash the jacket and dry it to remove oil contamination and return the DWR to its full performance.
