Backland UL is the new Atomic helmet made to measure for alpine ski athletes and for those seeking maximum lightness.

Everything focuses on protection and comfort with less weight: The EPP In−Mold hybrid construction is durable, lightweight and extremely safe. Underneath the shell, Holocore and AMID (Atomic Multi−directional Impact Deflector) reduce weight, but also provide up to 40% more impact protection than conventional industry safety standards. It's also certified to multiple standards for skiing, climbing and cycling, with a lightweight Skimo liner perfect for winter hikes or long summer bike rides.

And like all Backland helmets, it comes with small details that make a big difference, such as the front light attachment, the removable strap and the reflective elements.
