Cascadia 14 GTX men's mountain running shoes by Brooks . Icon within the brand in the long distance segment, they have been updated to improve their durability. Now the sole is equipped with TrailTack rubber, offering better grip on all types of terrain and greater stability.
It incorporates the Gore-Tex membrane that keeps our feet dry. Highlight the perimeter anti-mud protection Cordura Mud Guard , protects from dirt while allowing water to enter and exit. It incorporates an internal structure to achieve a close and stable fit to the foot.

Tengo pies muy anchos y planos, por eso prefiero marcas americanas de calzado. Uso las Cascadia 15 para senderismo y trekking. En una salida de tres d?as en Pirineos con m?s de 15 kg de equipaje no sufr? molestias en los tobillos y las plantas de los pies (las rodillas fue otra cosa). Las zapatillas son muy ligeras y la suela agarra bien en todas condiciones sin desgaste apreciable (llevo unos 200 kms acumulados con ellas. Tambi?n me gustan los peque?os detalles como la funda para los cordones o la posibilidad de poner polainas finas. Dos mini pegas: No se pueden llevar por una playa (entra arena entre la malla y cuesta mucho sacarla despu?s); y la puntera un poco d?bil, apenas protege si golpeas una roca o una rama sin querer. Imagino que las Cascadia 16 ser?n igual de buenas.
