35 walking routes through the Alto Bernesga Biosphere Reserve, in the north of the province of León. The municipality of Villamanín provides the most vertical walls and the highest peaks, and that of Pola de Gordón has the heritage of beech forests and the indescribable magic of its calcareous mountains. Two-thousand-meter-high mountains of easy ascent await us, limestone walls of hundreds of meters of altitude suitable for the most intrepid, charming walks through forests, short but very intense gorges, and meadows, many meadows, in addition to the great chromatic variety due to constant changes in soil type.

Each route on foot in the book includes a detailed topographic map, altitude profile, a precise description of the development of the itinerary and numerous photographs that allow us to identify the different views that we will find during the tour.
