Isabel Suppe is a climber, author, and motivational speaker of German origin and Argentinian heart. She has spent most of her adult life climbing the highest and most isolated peaks of the Andes, until a tragic fall in 2010. After falling 1,100 ft, the severely injured woman spent 2 days and nights crawling over a glacier in the thin air of the Andes--to live and to return to climbing. Next adventure: cycling across the country for a bone transplant!
