MTB Pyrenean cycling route, from East to West in 24 stages.

This MTB guidebook follows a cycling route which crosses the Pyrenees, from East to West on the southern side of the mountain range. Over 1,000 km in length and with a accumulated height gain of 26,000m, the route is divided into 24 stages, varying from 27 to 58km per day. The route sets off from the Costa Brava, at the Golfo de Rosas, Alto Ampurdán and ends on the Cantabrian coast, in Donostia.

Each stage passes through a wide diversity of Pyrenean landscape and outstanding sights of natural beauty.
