If you wish to view or download your invoice, you can do so from your profile on our website. If you require a paper invoice, please contact our Customer Service, and we will send it to you at no cost.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping deadlines are calculated in business days from Monday to Friday and may be affected by local or national holidays. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer or financing, these deadlines may be modified, as the order will be shipped once the payment is received.
All information regarding the shipping deadlines for a product is displayed on the website, on the product page, and throughout the purchasing process for each item added to the cart, as well as in the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
- During special dates such as Christmas, Three Kings' Day, Black Friday, holidays, or special promotions, we do not guarantee that delivery will be made on time due to the high volume of goods handled by shipping agencies.
- Barrabes.com reserves the right to modify delivery times and shipping methods without prior notice in the case of large orders or special circumstances.
- Under no circumstances will shipments be made to PO boxes.
- In the case of shipping ski equipment shipping times may increase due to assembly and adjustment time.
2.1 Shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
Free shipping with pick-up at our stores
You can pick up your order at our stores and save on shipping costs. Simply select this option when entering the delivery address for your order.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation via email. Likewise, we will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup at the selected location, so you can come and collect it. Remember, if the chosen payment method is bank transfer or financing, the order will not be shipped until we have confirmation of payment.
Please remember to provide your Order Number when picking up your order; otherwise, it cannot be released to you. You must also provide identification documentation.
As a security measure to ensure the maximum safety of your purchase, it is essential to present your ID when picking up the order. If you have indicated that someone else will pick up the order in the order information, they will also be asked for identification to ensure everything is correct.
Please note that the pickup period is 30 calendar days from the notification of the arrival date. If this period elapses and you have not collected your order, it will be returned to our warehouse for a refund.

2.2 Shipments to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)
For these types of shipments, please select the country as follows: Spain (Canary Islands), Spain (Ceuta), Spain (Melilla).
For sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, VAT will not be applied; however, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receipt of their order since, for example, in the case of the Canary Islands, it depends on the "I.G.I.C" and "Canary Islands customs".

For sales outside the European Economic Area (EEA), except for those made to the United Kingdom, VAT will not be applied. However, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receipt of their order as it depends on the customs of the destination country. Except for shipments to the United Kingdom, the payment of such amount is the responsibility of the final customer.
3. Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the return period is extended to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. (Offering our customers, a longer period than the legal 14 days according to articles 102 and 104 of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.).
The return period is extended for purchases made during Black Friday and Christmas, allowing returns until January 31st.
To make a return, you must send us the product in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels, and instructions for use, and indicating the return number. You can generate this return number by logging into your account and requesting the return.
Note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

It is very important that you return the products perfectly packaged. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. Returns will also not be accepted for electronic products if they lack the original blister or seal, seal skins, ropes, cords, cut tapes per meter, underwear, or masks. Except for factory defects, returns will not be accepted for assembled ski equipment.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Barrabes.com will accept the return of the product, and the refund of the amount will be processed according to the payment method used:

a. If you made the payment using a credit card, PayPal, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or financing, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card, PayPal account, or the financing will be reversed.

b. If you made the payment via bank transfer, we will request your bank account number to deposit the amount.
Note: You will receive the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the reception of the returned product in our warehouse. Please note that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not reflect the refund amount in your balance until the following month.
You can also return a product directly at one of our physical stores, you just need to bring the order number and invoice, which you can view from your profile.
Please note that Barrabes.com does not accept shipments with freight collect, if you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service.
If the returned product does not meet the specified conditions, we will consider accepting the return with a reduction in the price. If the returned product is ultimately not accepted, we will proceed to resend it to the customer at no charge.
Right of Withdrawal:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order, provided that it is communicated within this period, the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels, and usage instructions, directly through the usual contact methods published on our website or by attaching the following form.
There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal as outlined in article 103 of the TRLGDCU.
Product Availability:
Barrabes.com reserves the right to refund the amount of your order if it is not possible to ship or deliver the merchandise under the terms mentioned above. We will inform you of a personalized alternative for your purchase.

4. Payment Methods

4.1 Credit or Debit Card
We guarantee that each transaction made on Barrabes.com is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. Barrabes.com uses a server based on SSL (Secure Socked Layer) standard security technology. All transmitted information is encrypted while traveling through the network.
Furthermore, your credit card data is not stored in any database; instead, it goes directly to the bank's POS (Point of Sale) terminal.
In an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. This means that if you are the holder of a "secured" card, you can always make card payments in our store.
In both cases, when paying by card, you will always be asked for the following data: the card number, the expiration date, and a validation code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed on the back of your card, thus providing more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
If you have not yet received a personal key exclusively for online payments, we advise you to request from your financial institution to link your cards to the Secure Electronic Commerce service. You can do this by contacting your bank.

4.6 Bank Transfer
When selecting bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive, along with the order confirmation, an email indicating the bank account number for transferring the payment to Barrabes.com
It is crucial that you include the order number in the subject line, as well as your full name, and complete the transfer within 3 days of the order confirmation date to validate it.
Please remember to make the payment in Euros, and any potential currency conversion and banking fees are your responsibility when opting for this payment method. For bank transfers made from outside of Spain, it is crucial that you always instruct your bank to cover the fees at the origin, including any banking commissions and charges from your institution. Failure to do so may result in Barrabes.com withholding the shipment of your order due to not receiving the full amount.
4.7 Financing
At Barrabes.com, there are several financing options available, which we will detail below. It is important to complete the process within 3 days of the order confirmation date to validate it.
Financing with Sabadell Consumer Instant Credit
It's quick, simple, and secure. Choose your product and pay later with Sabadell Consumer as the payment method at the end of the purchase process. Select the number of installments. Sabadell Consumer Finance will grant you credit with just your email, mobile phone, and ID number.
This payment method is only available for Spain.

Financing with Aplazame
When selecting financing or purchasing with Aplazame, you receive a loan from the company Wizink Bank S.L.U., with VAT number A-81.831.067, assuming a debt with the aforementioned company.

4.8 Klarna
Klarna offers customers a range of payment options during the checkout process. The available payment options vary depending on the customer's billing address and the transaction amount. These payment options enable customers to conveniently purchase items of all prices.

5. Warranty
Barrabes.com offers its customers the legal warranty of three years against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Additionally, customers of Barrabes.com, benefit from the commercial warranty provided by the various manufacturers of each item, in cases where it exceeds the legal warranty period.
Defects or damage due to incorrect use or mishandling of the material, as well as wear and tear resulting from normal use, are not covered by this warranty. Functional impairments of the items due to design limitations are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.
Repair, refund, or replacement will be carried out within a maximum period of 3 months. If it is technically impossible to determine whether a defect or damage is due to manufacturing or incorrect use at our after-sales service, the item will be referred to the manufacturer. Their Technical Assistance Service (TAS) will determine the cause of the deterioration and whether or not warranty coverage applies.
If upon receiving the order, before the product is used, you find any defects or faults in what you received, you will need to contact us through the Customer Service department. We will ask you for a photo of the defect and we will take care of collecting the product. Once we receive it, we will proceed to change or replace it immediately. If this is not possible, we will proceed to refund your money.
For large-volume items or skis, please check their condition as soon as you receive them. If there is any damage due to transportation, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
If the product has already been used and you find any defects or faults, you will need to contact us through the Customer Servicedepartment, we will ask you for photos of the defect, and we will arrange to collect the product. Once we receive it, we will proceed with the assessment and warranty process as quickly as possible.

6. Price Lists
All prices displayed in our product catalog include taxes if you have selected a European Union country as the shipping destination during the initial configuration. Prices are displayed without taxes for other countries. In Spain, for the regions of Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, if the user is identified, prices are also displayed without taxes. This is because the applicable taxes vary depending on the country from which the purchase is made.
Regarding the Value Added Tax (VAT), as a general rule, the corresponding tax rate for the European Union territory where this tax applies will be applied. Companies belonging to European Union countries other than Spain, and which are registered as intra-community operators, will be exempt from paying this tax. For sales to any other country in the world except for the United Kingdom, VAT will not be applied. However, the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges.
Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are considered non-EU territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying VAT. (All customs clearance expenses and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or shipping and must be paid at the destination by the recipient of the goods).

Products on Sale
Products promoted at a special price by Barrabes.com will be displayed on the website with the following information: offer price, regular price, and percentage of discount.
Offers cannot be combined with other offers, packages, sales, or ongoing special promotions. The offer with the highest discount will always be applied.
Any pack is considered a special promotion and is not subject to any other discount.
Discount Coupons
Discount coupons are granted during advertising campaigns or specific special promotions and are valid for a set period of time. They may be valid for multiple uses and can be used on all orders placed within the established time period, or they may be limited to a single use per person. Discount coupons are promotional codes to be redeemed during the checkout process on the website. A minimum purchase value may be required to use discount coupons. It is not possible to apply them retroactively once the purchase is completed.
In the event of a return of a product to which a single-use discount coupon has been applied, it will not be possible to reuse the discount coupon.
Some brands, categories, or products may be excluded from the promotion.
Multiple discount coupons cannot be combined on the same product; the coupon with the highest discount will always be applied. However, it is possible to apply multiple discount coupons to the same order when they affect different products.
Discount coupons may be cumulative and added to a previous discount on the product. If they are not cumulative with a previous discount, the highest applicable discount will be attributed.
