A windproof and breathable hybrid midlayer/insulation layer.

This breathable insulated jacket (352g M/L) is designed for mid- to high-level mountaineering. It works great for trail running, backcountry skiing, and all kinds of outdoor activities where breathability and warmth on the move are needed.

We use a lightweight nylon stretch fabric as the outer fabric because it provides good breathability and wind protection. We use Polartec® Alpha® insulation because we believe it is the world's leading breathable insulation and doesn't need a liner inside. On the hood, part of the sleeves, and sides we use Polartec® Power Grid fleece for its stretch, warmth, weight, and durability.

The outer fabric is a 20D+30D x 20D stretch fabric made of 55% recycled nylon, 37% nylon, and 8% polyurethane (62 g/m2). The Polartec® Alpha® insulation is 100% recycled polyester (95 g/m2). Polartec® Power Grid Fleece is a 85% recycled polyester and 15% elastane fabric (166 g/m2).

Key features include: one chest pocket, two hand pockets, a fitted hood and hand gaiters. This midlayer has a technical fit.
