The Laser Speed have the optimized shape of the teeth that makes the start of the drilling easier and more efficient so that we lose less time in the maneuver. The robustness and durability have also been improved thanks to the steel tube and the specific thread.

The crank system provides a lever arm that optimizes the force when screwing , the screw will enter the ice efficiently and quickly. The color coding makes it easy to identify the screws by their different lengths, while the small carabiner plate makes it easy to screw into sculpted ice. When not in use, the lever is folded down with hardly any additional space.

More robust and durable thanks to the steel tube that has been treated to make it lighter and stronger and to its specific thread. Screw sharpening is easier and safer thanks to Petzl's patented tooth sharpening reserve .
