The Endurance Down Mitt is a lightweight alternative to the Expedition Mitt. Weighing 252g, they are filled with 650FP duck down, providing a pleasant warmth for your hands on high-altitude or polar expeditions. Synthetic Stratus™ insulation on the sidewall, palm and inside of the thumb is durable and quick-drying, and resists moisture well in wet conditions. They are covered with Pertex® Quantum Pro 100% recycled, waterproof, easily withstands light rain, snow and wind to keep fingers dry and warm.
Gloves are reinforced on the front of the hand and fingers for durability with a textured palm for better grip on poles or an ice ax. Detachable wristbands ensure you don't lose them when performing complex tasks with lined gloves, and the wide-opening cuff makes it easy to put them on or take them off. The cuffs can be cinched with a one-hand drawcord to seal out the worst weather conditions, and the inner cuff is elasticated to keep heat in.
The Endurance Down Mitt is ideal for light use in extreme conditions or for emergency use when you're on the mountain. climbing or walking in winter in very cold temperatures.
