The reinforcement of our already tough Cordura nylon with Spectra® Ripstop and a water-resistant HydroShield finish makes the Latok highly resistant to abrasion, tearing and UV rays. We've kept weight to a minimum with lightweight features, many of which are removable. From the foam back panel to the removable rope strap, you can customize the pack's weight, stiffness, and fit based on your day's goal.

The X-SHIELD™ It's designed to feel close to your back and give you complete freedom of movement with dual-density foam straps for even better mobility. Thicker padding at the top for comfort and thinner at the bottom, the straps conform to the body and move with you. The roll-top entry is highly weather-resistant, strong and easy to get into, giving you room to load everything you need, and a host of gear accessories keep gear close at hand. From ambitious alpinism to ski touring, the Latok 38 is designed for fast ascents where every gram counts.
