The Edelrid INTERSTATIC PROTECT rope, 11 mm and 50 m long, in Icemint color, is a semi-static rope with integrated cut resistance. During the braiding process, high-strength aramid fibers are integrated into the rope's sheath, resulting in almost double the cutting resistance compared to a semi-static rope with a similar sheath-to-diameter ratio. These characteristics, along with its low elongation values, make INTERSTATIC PROTECT the first choice for all applications where the rope is exposed to sharp edges or where an extra margin of safety is desired.
