The Litetrek II from the Salewa brand is a double-walled tent for 2 people, designed for light trekking in alpine terrain, where the keys are protection against the weather. , stability with the wind, lightness and compact size. Its 3 season specification is optimized for use during the mild months of the year. Tested in a wind tunnel by the Technical University of Munich for stability at 90 km / h.

Its rugged and reliable semi-geodesic and double-walled construction places two layers of fabric between you and the elements, facilitates comprehensive use of space, and ensures an optimal balance between weather protection and ventilation. The 100% self-sustaining design means you can easily mount it on rocky terrain or in alpine locations where there is not enough room to mount it with guy ropes and pegs. The anchor points can also be extended for more flexibility, such as on snowy terrain.

Its 50D ripstop nylon ripstop flysheet is PU coated to give it a 3,000mm water column, the floor is made of robust 70D ripstop nylon with PU coating that reaches 5,000mm of water column, while the inner tent 66D polyester ripstop has a mesh inlet and a fly screen. Ventilation is regulated by a rear panel with zippers (which can be operated from both inside and outside) allowing you to adjust the fresh air intake and avoid humidity.

Plus, our 3S Speed Set Up Solution with short, flat sleeves and hooks allows you to mount it quickly and efficiently in one easy step. And in good weather or on mild nights, you can go minimalist and mount only the flysheet. Also note its waterproof vestibule for storing supplies and cooking, integrated into the inner tent, but which can be extended when necessary.
