The Golden Gate Kima RT shoes are designed for fast runs on a wide variety of terrain, from easy trails to high mountain off-road. These shoes are designed to reduce fatigue. The carbon plate inserted in a new generation foam accentuates the elastic response characteristics of the arch by reducing the physical effort in the race, without compromising precision on uneven terrain. A precise and enveloping shoe, designed and tested to make the most of the most technical trails, performing even on the easiest dirt roads.

The construction of the upper in double layer: a first layer of microfiber guarantees the structure with an incredible lightness, while the second, more external, is an anti-abrasion mesh that favors maximum breathability. A new last designed for a standard foot, with less bulk in the forefoot area for better fit precision. Sock-Fit LW internal construction system that avoids compression points by wrapping the foot. Exo internal structure in microfiber that guarantees greater lateral stability.

The new generation Active Foam midsole combines 4 important fundamental characteristics: cushioning, rebound, long-lasting and lightness. A 3D carbon plate (1 mm thick) is inserted into the dual-density foam in the areas of greatest support/foot work. The inclusion of a carbon plate allows to optimize the energy of the footstep to give impulse in the next step, thus improving the efficiency in the race. This is the result of a study aimed at obtaining the best elastic response without losing precision on uneven terrain.

The Golden Gate Kima RT come equipped with the PRESA® TRN-03 made up of two areas of differentiated compound: in the forefoot area it incorporates the Supergum compound, which provides adaptability on both wet and dry ground and in the heel area, on the other On the other hand, the new generation Water Lock compound guarantees maximum performance when braking creates high stress conditions on the sole.

The shoes have a 6-millimeter drop (16 millimeters in the forefoot and 22 in the heel), which makes them very suitable for fast runs and for feeling the ground.
